By accessing or using services from Capital Power KSA (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Scope

We provide:
✔ Generator sales, installation, and maintenance
✔ Emergency repair services
✔ Compliance audits within Saudi Arabia

Exclusions:

• We are not liable for third-party equipment not supplied by us.

• Services outside KSA require separate agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate site information (e.g., load requirements, access conditions).

• Secure necessary permits (e.g., Royal Commission, Civil Defense approvals).

• Maintain safe working conditions for our technicians.

4. Payments & Cancellations

• Deposits: 30% required for project initiation.

• Late Payments: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue invoices.

• Cancellations: 48-hour notice for scheduled services; fees may apply.

5. Warranties & Liabilities

• OEM Warranties: Apply to new equipment (e.g., Cummins 5-year limited warranty).

• Service Guarantee: 90-day warranty on repairs.

• Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for consequential damages (e.g., data loss, business interruption).

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, manuals, and reports remain our property.

• Client may not replicate or resell our proprietary solutions.

7. Saudi Law Compliance

• These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law.

• Disputes will be resolved in Riyadh courts.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms; changes take effect upon posting to our website.
